If we exceed the allotted time, you can always add more hours, provided we have the bandwidth to do so.
Unused time doesn’t carry over, as it could impact our ability to stay productive and fulfill commitments to other clients. However, if we complete all the agreed-upon deliverables and still have time left, we’ll reach out to discuss how you’d like to use the remaining hours.
To ensure our clients receive the best possible service, we limit the number of projects we take on to 160 hours per month.
