5. Intellectual Property

- License: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your intended purpose (e.g., your website, marketing).

We’ll keep your business information confidential, except as required by law or to perform services (e.g., sharing with a subcontractor, with your consent). You agree to keep our proprietary methods or pricing confidential.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Our Warranty: We’ll perform services with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards.
- Disclaimer: Our site and services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, or specific outcomes (e.g., lead generation). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose).
